Houston Event Bartenders, LLC is an insured, full-time, year round mobile bartending company. It's founder, Morgan Carmona found his passion for bartending and the hospitality industry while working his way through business school at Texas A&M. After graduating, Morgan began working for the nation's largest wine and spirits distributor. Initially selling wine to big box grocery stores and eventually selling spirits to some of the hottest bars and restaurants in Houston. During this time he learned an immense product knowledge. After a few years in the corporate world the he felt a calling to return to his true passion, bartending... and Houston Event Bartenders was born!

Step 1: Choose a Package

The following packages all include 1 well dressed bartender with professional grade bartending equipment for 4 hours of service. These packages also include setup, breakdown and prep time. One bar package and one bartender can typically accommodate up to 75-100 guests. Additional service hours may be added for $45/hour per bartender.

Step 3: Consider Adding Additional Staff

Need additional staff?

  • One bartender can accommodate up to 75-100 guest.

  • A second bartender will dramatically cut down on wait time for larger events

  • Add an additional bartender for up to 4 hours of service for $250

  • If your event is longer than 4 hours you can add additional hours of service for $45/hour

Step 4: Specialty Cocktails

  • We can create themed or seasonal cocktails fitted to your taste preferences

  • Already have a cool recipe or idea? Let us perfect it!

  • Some of past favorites include homemade syrups, specialty ice, fresh herbs and juices

  • Prices start at $150 for 2 cocktails and vary depending on ingredients and complexity

  • Are you insured?
    Absolutly! We carry a $1,000,000 general liability policy. We highly reccomend that you choose an insured company to bartend your next event. In many cases, veneus will require that your vendors are insured.
  • Are your bartenders certified?
    Yes! All of our bartenders have completed a training program and have been certified to serve by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC).
  • Who brings the alcohol?
    We allow our clients to purchase their own alcohol from retail chains at a much cheaper price. If you need help we can put together a shopping list and make recommendations regarding alcohol types, quantities and low cost retailers. If necessary we can also pickup and transport your alcohol to the event location for a small fee.
  • What areas do you serve?
    We are based out of the NW Houston area and happily serve the Greater Houston Area. There may be a small travel charge for locations outside of the Houston area.
  • How much of a deposit do you require?
    We require a deposit of 50% to reserve your date. The full amount is due 14 days before the event. Deposits are not refundable.
  • Do the bartenders put out a tip jar or is the gratuity included on the quote?
    Gratuity is not included but is graciously accepted for a job well done. In the case that a tip jar is not permitted, hosted gratuity is recommended and greatly appreciated. We ask that you pay a minimum of $1-3 per guest.
  • Can you be at my event on a short notice?
    Yes, as long as we have the staff and equipment available. We have worked many events with just a few days notice. However, we recommend booking your event far in advance to ensure availability.
  • What do the bartenders wear?
    Our standard uniform consists of black slacks and a black button up shirt. We can accommodate reasonable requests if you have other preferences. Other options may include; white button up shirts, polos, flannels and jeans, and trendy or teamed clothes.
  • Do you charge service fees?
    No. We offer simple, transparent pricing.
